So true, Kyle. The anxiety of “missing out” on notifications is lifted and you are free to enjoy the day without having to respond to the phone. When traveling I also noticed I enjoyed going on social media more but did not spend as much time browsing, just a quick check in then turn it off.

That’s interesting…I guess that makes sense. It can be more of a utility than a source of distraction in that case.
