A Hello to Milwaukee
Last week I posted some of my favorite images from my last couple weeks living in Omaha. So I thought I’d put together a complementary post showcasing some of my favorite images from my first couple weeks living in Milwaukee.
The first weeks of shooting in a new city are so much fun. As much as you can try to see a familiar city with fresh eyes to keep your creative spirit inspired, nothing beats the real thing. Everything seems worth investigating and photographing, and I think the excitement you feel really comes through in the images. I hope it does, anyways 😉
Hope you enjoy these images as much as I did taking them! All images were shot with the Fuji X100F and the Fuji X-T2 with the XF 35mm F2 lens. The edits are a mix of in-camera JPEGs (mostly Classic Chrome, Pro Neg Hi, and Acros) and VSCO presets (mostly Portra 800 +1 Over and Fuji 400H +1).
