30 Days with the Fuji X100F: Day 25

Today’s image is a great example of the urban minimalist genre that I’ve been having so much fun with over the last few months. Simple, two-dimensional composition that highlights an element of the urban environment that I usually walk right by without a second glance. Getting these types of shots with the wide lens of the Fuji X100F is pretty tough, though…it’s hard to eliminate the distracting elements with such a wide lens unless you’re really close to your subject. Like Robert Capa said, “if your photographs aren’t good enough, you’re not close enough.”
